It was the landlord herself, Ms. Erika, in year 2012, who gave promise to our church that she would let our congregation to buy the plot of land length= 28 meters width = 15 meters = 420 square meters, with certain terms of payment. Based on that arrangement, we had already bought some 225 square meters, and upon the acquired land we had already built a church building with length = 12 meters and width = 9 meters. Now the 195 square meters plot of land has remaining not acquired yet. For now, Ms. Erika states price for the plot which considered to be fixed within period until the next Christmas (12/25/2015). After the agreed period of time, the price would be following the market price of plots of land in the surrounding area.
