Gereja Masehi Injili Sangihe Talaud (GMIST), Jemaat Depok, berdiri sejak tanggal 17 Agustus 1990. Wilayah pelayanannya meliputi wilayah kota Depok, Jawa Barat, sebuah kota terletak di selatan ibukota Jakarta. Jemaat beranggotakan 60 keluarga atau 200 orang. GMIST adalah gereja dengan sistem presbiteral-sinodal, dengan kantor sinode di kota Tahuna, Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia.
